Gipsy settlement   A woman is walking in a gipsy improvised settlement on the outskirts of Miercurea Ciuc city, Romania, 3.10.2013. Several Roma families have been living in containers and improvised houses for the last 8 years, after the local authorities evicted them from houses they had abusively occupied downtown Miercurea Ciuc.
